Shipping 

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Orders ship within 1 and 3 weeks. 

Q: I’m local to the RGV.  Can I pick-up my order up from your studio?

A: Absolutely! To schedule a time for pick-up, e-mail me at [email protected].

Returns 

Q: What if I get the artwork and it’s not what I expected?

A: I want you to be happy with your purchase!  If you receive a painting or print and it’s not what you expected, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days.  Once the artwork is returned undamaged, I’ll issue a full refund. 

Prints

Q:What is the difference between Limited Edition and Archival Giclee prints?

A: All prints are museum quality.  They are made from a high resolution image of an original artwork using Ultra Chrome high density ink on archival canvas or watercolor paper.

Limited Edition Prints have a preset and clearly indicated edition size.  Each print is numbered, signed, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. 

Archival Giclee Prints are unsigned, open edition reproductions on paper or canvas.
